Refund policy
1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of health and herbal products, we do not accept returns once the product package has been opened or used.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is wrong item
• Product received is expired
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Refund Policy
Once the issue is verified, we will:
• Replace the product with the correct item, or
• Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed time period
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
